1. Check property details before ordering, because many properties already include linen in the rent
2. Bed linen comprises duvet cover, bottom sheet, pillowcases but DOES NOT INCLUDE MAKING BEDS.
It may be possible to arrange directly with the housekeeper for the beds to be made up at extra cost.
3. Towel sets comprise a bath sheet and hand towel.
4. Hiring linen weekly means that you will receive a change of linen at the end of each week of your stay.
5. Hiring linen fortnightly means that there will be no change of linen provided during the fortnight.
6. If you are staying for less than a week then the full weeks hire rate will still apply.

HIRE CONDITIONS

1. Wherever possible all orders for hire should be made on a Ocean Breeze order form.

2. All hire items should be booked as soon as possible to avoid disappointment and certainly you should aim to be no later than a week before you arrive. Such late booking may attract additional terms such as a delivery charge.

3. Cancellation of the hire order or part thereof will attract a cancellation charge of one tenth of the weekly hire rate for the cancelled item (s) unless the hire items have already been delivered to the property in which case the cancellation charge will equal one third of the weekly hire rate.

4. The hirer must take good care of the items hired and pay for any damage or loss. Any existing damage or omission in the number of hired items must be reported within twenty four hours.

5. Linen and towels are not to be taken out of the property ( bring your own beach towels)

6. Hire charges must be paid prior to occupation by separate chouse made out to Ocean Breeze

7. If linen is hired at a weekly rate for more than one week then the hirer must ensure that all linen is put just inside the entrance door for collection by 10.00 am. Failure to put out linen may result in an additional charge if we have to strip beds or hunt around for towels or return later.
